RETURNS / EXCHANGES

You can return/exchange products ordered on L’Homme Invisible up to Thirty (30) days from the date of receipt the products without having to justify a reason.

This return/exchange is only possible if the products have never been worn, undamaged, and still labeled with their original packaging (box, hanger, pouch, etc.). 

For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept the return/exchange of thongs / bodystring, nor the return of products without labels. 

The return of Stocking, socks and body stockings is only possible if the packet is unopened, and products unstretched with their original factory form. If the products have been taken out of the packaging and tried on body, it is not possible for return for hygiene and delicate nature of the products.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Steps 

Log in to your account

Then go to "My Order History”

Click on the concerned order

Select the product(s) to return 

Check the “Return" button 

We will then initiate a return procedure. 

You can also request a return authorization from Customer Service:

All returns must however include copy of “Return Form” available through your account on our website. This form is compulsory to process your return/exchange request by logistic team. This is their follow-up tool. In the absence of this form, L’Homme Invisible team or people working on behalf of L’Homme Invisible can not be held responsible if your returns are not treated on time or not at all. 

The expenses incurred for returning the products are at your charge.

The sets 

For items sold as sets or pairs, the complete set/pair has to be returned for exchange or refund with its original packing, labels etc and unworn.

For items shipped in box

For items packaged in a box and sent in a carton, it is requested to return in its original package so that the items arrive back in good condition. 

Validation of Returns

Our team will verify the products returned on arrival to make sure that conditions above are respected. Namely, a product that has never been worn, undamaged and still labeled with its original packaging. 

When everything is Ok, the return is then validated, and according to your request we proceed with exchange or reimbursement.

In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, the request for an exchange or refund will be refused.

My return has been refused, I want to get my goods back 

Rejected items may be reshipped after receipt of a lump sum to covering reshipping and service costs. This lump sum is 5.10 euros for Metropolitan France, 10 euros for Europe and international will depend on the actual expenses incurred.

Risk during the return

The risks associated with the return of the article (in particular loss or deterioration) are the responsibility of the customer as well as the return costs. 

The return procedure are automatically closed if the article is not received within 30 days of opening of return procedure. Any claim of reimburseemnt or exchange can not be made if the procedure is closed in these curcumstances.

OTHER RESPONSES

I'm still not satisfied with the exchanged item Only one exchange request is accepted per order. If the item(s) received in exchange are not suitable, only a refund will be possible after deduction of the shipping and handling costs of 2€ TTC/item.

My order is damaged / non-compliant

In case of the delivery of a wrong item or damaged article, please consult us. The cost of replacing your product will be at our expense once it has been returned.

My received item is defective

The return period for defective items is 30 days after receipt of the goods. Items returned for this reason are checked before any acceptance of an exchange or refund. Beyond 30 days this reason is no longer accepted. 

I did not receive the correct item

If, by mistake on our part, you do not receive the item ordered, we will exchange it. The expenses incurred on return parcel will be refunded to you in the form of a cash voucher and of course, the new parcel will be at our expense. 

My order is not arrived 

Several possible cases: 

Direct return to L’Homme Invisible If your order is returned to L’Homme Invisible by the postal services without having been delivered even though the address indicated was right, we accept, for France only, to send the order free of charge a second time after an express agreement from you. This free second shipment will be made after verification of the address indicated.

In case the parcel is returned because address indicated while ordering was incorrect, due to an error from you, you will have to pay additional costs of shipment incurred on sending the second parcel.

If this direct return to L’Homme Invisible occurs again for the same order, we will refund your order by deducting the shipping costs paid by us on shipping the orders. 

The unclaimed packages received after they were made available for pick-up in the postal office or any other collection point, for which an alert email was sent to you, will not be sent again. To get back your package, you will need to pay the return and handling charges.

Package still showing “In transit” 

The carrier has 30 days (for France) or 60 days (for international) to tell us where your package is. During this time unless expressly stated by the shipping company can not be considered lost or undelivered. No claims can be made during this period.

If after After 30 days (for France) or 60 days (for international) the parcel is not delivered to you, we can either refund ship the goods again as per your wish. 

Wrong delivery address

In case that we sent the package to the wrong address, L’Homme Invisible undertakes to reship the package without additional cost.

REIMBURSEMENTS 

All reimbursements by default are made by attribution of a cash voucher valid for six months. On express request from you, the refund amount will be credited back to your payment method used for placing the order. 

In case of a refund in the form of cash voucher, the amount actually paid for the returned products will be fully refunded and you get to keep all the advantages (free delivery, discounts for grouped purchases, etc.) that you benefited when you placed your initial order. 

Refundable amount is equivalent of amount paid for products, the shipping charges are not refundable as they pertain to a service provided by a third party and not a product of L'Homme Invisible.

For all the other means of reimbursement (credit card, cash or Paypal) your advantages will be recalculated according to your final order amount left after withdrawal of the returned products. For example, you got free shipping but once the products returned, the total order value falls below the minimum required for free shipping, the shipping charges will be calculated on the balance order and will be deducted from your refund. Or another example, you got 20% off for purchase of two or more but one is returned, then the discount will not be valid anymore.
